Whether care proceedings have started or whether Social Services are just holding meetings about your family, we can help.
We help parents and other family members in a wide range of child care cases. These include attending case conferences, representing you in Court cases, and negotiating with Social Workers.
If you are under 18 and currently involved in a court case, for example, determining whether you are taken into Social Services care or whether you have to see a particular member of your family, we can give you legal advice and representation about these matters.
