Whether care proceedings have started or whether Social Services are just holding meetings about your family, we can help.
We help parents and other family members in a wide range of child care cases. These include attending case conferences, representing you in Court cases, and negotiating with Social Workers.
If you are under 18 and currently involved in a court case, for example, determining whether you are taken into Social Services care or whether you have to see a particular member of your family, we can give you legal advice and representation about these matters. Anne Dales is experienced in representing children and young people. It is sometimes possible for young people to instruct a solicitor directly within proceedings and Ann and her team will be able to advise you regarding this.
If your children are in threat of being placed on a Child Protection Register, and you contest to this, we can offer advice to help you deal with Social Services. You may feel that you are being treated unfairly by Social Services, or just need advice on how to deal with a problem, and for this reason you should contact our solicitors in Skegness as soon as possible. We will normally encourage you to work with social services for the benefit of your self and your children, we can however advise you on making a complaint when this is appropriate.
It is important that you are made fully aware of all the proceedings taking place. We at Frearsons Family Law will stand by your side and work with you to gain the result you want, providing it is in the best interest of the children involved.
Getting proper advice will help you to understand what is happening and ensure you have a greater say in how your family is dealt with by Social Services. |
