Our Family Law team comprises of the following: -Helen Fisher who is a partner in the firm. She qualified as solicitor in 1988 joining Frearsons in 1995. Helen is experienced in all types of family matters and acts mainly for privately paying clients.
Anne Dales is a solicitor who qualified in 1993 joining Frearsons in 1996. She is on both the Law Society Children and Family Panels. Anne is experienced in all types of family work but mainly deals with matters concerning children. Anne is experienced in acting for both parents and children.
Catherine Berriman is a solicitor who qualified in October 2005. She joined Frearsons in 2006. Catherine deals with all family matters.
Angela Walker is a fellow member of the institute of legal executives. Angela qualified in June 2004 but has been with Frearsons since 1995. Angela deals with all family matters.
Emma Johnson is Anne’s assistant and has been with the firm since April 2000.
Tracey Harriman and Julie Kingdon provide the administrative support for the department.
