Frearsons Family Law Skegness - Protection Orders

At Frearsons Family Law we can help you gain protection orders from the courts if you or some one you know is in potential danger.

We have the power to arrange for this immediately. An emergency protection order forbids your opponent from using or threatening to use violence towards you. Emergency protection orders are usually granted to local authorities, where the child is likely to suffer significant harm if not removed. We can advise you if you are at the receiving end of such an order regarding your child. We can also deal with domestic violence, divorce, dicorce procedures, civil partnerships, advice for unmarried couples, adoption and child related issues.

You can apply to the court for emergency orders to protect your child your self, these will normally be prohibited steps or specific issue orders but others are possible. You or your child can be protected from domestic violence by non molestation orders and occupation orders. We can also advise you if you are the respondent to applications for any of these orders.
